Seeming that it’s only available on the Pro and upper trims, I’ll stick with the extra towing capacity and lower price tag

I hope Toyota is stocking up on these electric motors!

Tough call! I'm waiting to see what the mpg savings will be vs cost premium. The other thing I'm considering is resell value if a non-hybrid engine will seem ancient in 7-10 years when I sell it. I don't love the idea of waiting for March, April, may... for the hybrid

How many dealers are going to be selling over MSRP? This chip shortage has dealer going wild in the streets with pricing!

Is payload and towing rating the same on both engines?
From what I’ve seen it is, and I imagine the hybrid payload is less?
I’m not sure if the hybrid is worth it for just better mpg?
Not sure I want to wait for the hybrid, but the digital instrument panel is only available on hybrid.
I’m torn. Guess I’ll wait for pricing and mpg to make a decision!

From what I can tell batteries in the hybrid model weigh about 500 lbs. So the hybrid models have about 500 lbs less payload than the non-hybrid trucks.
